Salon Sales Consultant, Minneapolis, Minnesota
We are currently seeking a sales consultant in Minneapolis, Minnesota to include the areas of: Minneapolis, Edina, Minnetonka, Wayzata, and Eden Prairie.
Qualifications: Minimum, one year Sales Experience
This position is responsible for: Developing territory sales; Prospecting for new accounts; Supporting special events; Occasional travel required (to home office for meetings and trainings, or for special events)

Human Resources Director, Springfield, Missouri
We are currently seeking a human resources director in Springfield, Missouri. This position is responsible for the administrative tasks necessary to support the HR function of a growing company in the beauty industry. Duties include payroll processing; benefits administration; handling personnel issues; governmental compliance and all other human resources administrative duties as needed.
Primary Job Responsibilities: Ensure that all new hire paperwork is received and completed correctly; Verify that 1-9 forms are correct; Process new hires, terminations and update employee information I the payroll system; Process bi-weekly, multistate payroll for approximately 120 employees; enter hours, earnings and deductions, as well as commission/ bonus payments; Prepare benefit packages and follow up to ensure that employees meet enrollment deadlines; Answer questions from employees regarding benefit plans and assist in the resolution of benefit-related issues with carriers as needed; Maintain time off benefits; Answer questions from employees regarding company policies; Review and process monthly billing from insurance providers; Report Worker’s Compensation claims as needed; Maintain government compliance; Answer unemployment claims; Create and maintain job descriptions, as well as annual reviews; Maintain Employee Handbook; Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
Skills, Experience and Other Requirements: 5 years’ prior experience working in Human Resources; Preferred PHR Certification or better; Effective communication both verbally and in writing with all levels of individuals both internally and externally; Strong computer skills required; Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook); Must be able to handle sensitive employee health, pay, and performance issues while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality; Able to perform a wide variety of tasks, often changing assignments.
