18.21 Man Made is a Texas based business, and it is owned and operated by Angel del Solar, Aston LaFon and David del Solar. We are three hardworking gents, and we share a passion for making premium, uncommon goods. As a result, gentlemen take pride in owning our products.
Inspiration.
Along the way, we noticed the landscape of men’s grooming goods. All the products and services shared the same traits and mundane in nature. We were inspired by the bootlegging of the American prohibition, so we began to bootleg our own custom grooming mixtures. We chose our name 18.21 Man Made since were inspired by others who made their own path. It is an homage to the 18th Amendment, which started Prohibition, and the 21st Amendment, which repealed it.
